Caladium bulbs

Not a single one sprouted
The tubers arrived dry and desiccated but I planted them anyway in moist (but not wet soil). I placed them on a low temp heating mat and waited. It's been almost six weeks and no sign of sprouting so I dug one up and it is soft and rotten. I am assuming the others are the same. I have grown Caladiums from tubers for years with great success but not this year. Is there a way to contact the grower to get replacements or a refund?

Beware of the purchasing bulbs
I ordered white caladiums and low and bold I have a caladium that is not white in the center of the flower bed. In the future, I will purchase plants and not bulbs, but the plant themselves are beautiful!

Terrible
These bulbs were dried up and never came up. I planted them over a month ago and when I checked on them two weeks after planting, they look the same as I planted. This is the spring and should have at least a green bud popping out. Absolutely nothing.. just dried nuggets of nothing

Bad quality.
The bulbs I received were very poor quality, extremely small for the price I paid. Last year I ordered bulbs and received nice large bulbs, all of which came up. None of the bulbs I ordered from this place have come up.I would not order from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Duds
My bulbs never did anything. I kind of expected this from the poor packaging they were shipped in. What a waste of my time and money. I wanted to give them 0 stars but Amazon forced me to give them one.
