I love how inconspicuous the neutron S is
I love how inconspicuous the neutron S is. I have both the A and the S models. But I love the minimalist look of the S. You barely know that it is there. I did some modifications since I felt the plate that was included was a bit small. So I used the metal plate that was included with my old Mountek groove mount. (you can buy them separately here https://www.amazon.com/Adhesive-Cradle-less-Rectangle-Compatible-WizGear/dp/B00O2HYV7K/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1453136411&sr=8-2&keywords=mountek+plate) and installed it behind the battery cover of my Oneplus one. So it is practically invisible. It also works with my Nexus 5 without any modifications since I believe the 5 has a wireless charging magnet that is compatible with Neutron S magnet. For those having problems with the double sided sticker. I suggest to use Sugru instead. It’s awesome!! Stable hold and has survived harsh Los Angeles summer. I have had my Neutron S for almost a year now but it as one reviewer has brought up (spencer review) mine is also starting to fall apart. However, its nothing some super glue cannot fix. I love my Neutron S and I will use it till it disintegrates on me.

Definitely a keeper
I have been using the Neutron A car mount a little over two weeks now and must I say that I enjoy using it. The mount is really sturdy when placed on a flat surface using the included 3M tape and is aesthetically pleasing while being unobtrusive. The metal disc that goes on the back of your phone is small and does not get in the way. My iPhone 6 Plus stays in place no matter the speed or terrain. Bungajungle put great thought into the design of this product and the quality shows. Definitely a great buy for the price and craftsmanship.

Don't bother with this item
I cleaned the dash with the provided cleaner..First time I went to remove the phone..the magnet came off. So sad. My daughter has a cheaper one, drives the same kind of car..her's works great.

Best car mount ever made
Best car mount ever made. I only have minor complaints, but I love how clean, strong, and elegant it is. All of my passengers comment on how they didn't even see it on my dash and love how simple it is. The piece that fits on your phone is really small. If you have a wireless charger, mount the piece for your phone lower so you can still use your wireless charger. You will be limited to only using your phone in portrait while attached to the magnet. If you mount it where your wireless charger goes, it will surely hurt your phone as the mounting piece will get hot enough to melt the back of your phone or burn your hand.I have 3.One has no issues after 1 year. One started coming apart after 6 months. One started coming apart after a year.

Very disappointing and expensive to boot.
I bought this based on reviews and a bit of the buzz I saw based on its Kickstarter beginning. I expected an elegantly built "puck" that would easily hold my LG G2 in my car. It is very nicely finished, and comes in a package that looks modeled after an iPod Nano box. But the magnet is weak and will not hold my phone securely with the plate mounted behind a thin TPU case on the phone. I bought a Logitech + Drive mount earlier - and it holds the phone far better using the Neutron plate. Kinda crazy that this thing costs $30. With the phone naked (no case), the magnet strength is adequate, but hardly impressive. The Logitech is even better. If only the Logitech was less fat (!).

This is awesome. I like the ease with which I can attach my Iphone 6 to my car with one hand. There is no futzing around like with the previous holder I tried - the Kenu Airframe. The metal plate on my phone sits under my Apple leather case. This works fine - the bump on the back of the phone is barely visible - and there's enough magnetism to hold the phone up. Bumps on the road will not dislodge your phone, but hitting it with your hand will.I'm going to look into seeing whether I can get a hole cut in the case, that perfectly matches the metal plate. The magnet does hold it far more securely when it doesn't have to work through the leather!

Wireless Charging Issues
A friend clued me into this mount and I was excited to get one because of how small and inconspicuous it is. The magnet is pretty strong, but I found it to be too weak to put the plate on my Galaxy S6 not in the center. If it was towards the end of the phone (1/3 of the way over), the weight of the phone would make it droop. Not a huge deal.I also had minor issues mounting this in my car. Not so much the actual mounting, but finding a flat spot in a good location. I ended up opting for a spot that was slightly obscured by the steering wheel, but acceptable. Definitely look at your car for a good mounting spot before buying. The big issue I had was with wireless charging. I use mine all the time and I found the metal plate on the phone would get VERY hot. Like, nearly burning hot. I think the wireless charger actually inductively heats the plate, much like an induction stove top in your kitchen. It wasn't the phone making the plate hot either as it would get hot almost instantly after starting to charge, and then after charging, the plate would cool quickly and the phone would be noticeably not hot.All in all, it's a good basic mount, but if you are wireless charging, you might have issues.

Love it!
I really love this mount. I've tried many many different mounts for my 2014 Ford Escape and none of them were quite right. The recessed CD slot made the CD mounts unusable unless I only positioned the phone horizontally. The suction cup ones worked but would leave a mark if I stuck them on my dash, or were too far away if I stuck them on the windshield. And the other magnetic mounts seemed like they affected some user's phones and I didn't want to take that risk. This one is different in that I don't have to worry about the magnet damaging my phone, and it's small enough (and the tape is strong enough) that I can place it exactly where I want it and position my phone however I like. It also holds my phone very firmly, it doesn't move a bit if I go over a bump or if the car moves in any way. It's also small and doesn't detract from the look of my car on any way. I'm very happy with it.
