Quite expensive for what it is but packaged really well and my son loved it as a birthday present. Good variety of treats and nice booklet detailing each item.

I purchased this Japanese Snacks & Candy Box as a gift for a teen, and they were absolutely delighted with it! The box was packed with a great variety of unique and tasty treats, and the English pamphlet was really helpful for identifying each snack. Everything was nicely presented, fresh, and fun to try. It made a lovely, thoughtful gift and was a big hit — lots of excitement trying all the different flavours! Loved everything in here! Writing just a little small in the booklet

My poor son was planning a one-in-a-lifetime trip to Japan just before the pandemic hit. Then, as things seemed to be opening up again, he began to make tentative plans again - only for omicron to play havoc with it all again. As a little Christmas fun gifts, I decided to get him some Japanese snacks as a sort of consolation prize/something to tide you until the real thing idea. This box seemed, to me, a reasonable price for quite a big selection of sweet and savouries. It wasn’t Prime one day delivery but it didn’t take very long to arrive. It comes in a medium-sized box which, when he opened it on Christmas Day, was absolutely filled to the brim, which made it seem a really good gift and a good deal. He’s enjoying the snacks - some of which are a bit out of the comfort zone of western tastes for snacks. But that is the point - a little taste of Japan. He thought it was a fun Christmas gift.

Expensive but worth it, my girlfriend loved them. Made me want to go to Japan honestly.

Excited for the box to arrive, I was a little concerned when it did arrive as the box seemed rather small, the weight of the box before opening it was 350grams (including the box) although item description notes 400grams and considering the empty box weighs 81grams, that's only 269grams of actual content... Everything in the box is light as a feather and would be stuff you would find similar in the UK in the 20p 30p price range, so really value wise you probably looking at £9 to £10 worth sweets. The item descriptions stated Ramune would be in the box, however it turned out to be a small container of powdered dilute Ramune which was quite the disappointment. The flavours are there, its nice and unique but poor value for money in my opinion.

This really is a great idea. You never quite know if its going to be as good as you think, but this box of snacks delivered. Although it was a fun present for the wife, we opened it up with the kids and we had fun trying all the interesting and weird stuff together. The little boom explaining it all made the experience all the better. If you're stuck for a little present, this might be perfect!

I bought these to make an advent calendar for my 20yo daughter who loves all things Japan. There was a good selection of snacks and a handy booklet explaining what each snack was. My daughter is having a lot of fun opening her calendar each day and tells me the snacks are delicious!

My son loves this! It's a bit pricey though, but worth every penny when I see the smile on his face!

The package had a nice variety of snacks in the box, will more than likely buy again but the bigger sized box next time. Only two snacks we didn’t like.

The box is smaller than expected, thus, the contents as well. Good variety of products like a tasting menu.
