I have been using this for years and must rave about it; it is consistently fresh, supple, carefully harvested and packaged, and tasty, It lends itself to just slapping in sandwiches as well as using in any soups or stir-fries I might make. It may have a blush of sea-salt on it, but that's the nature of dried seaweed.

I like the taste of the small brown seaweed flakes. It is saltier than I expected, but it’s good. I sprinkle it on rice, soups, sandwiches, etc. it takes the place of salt. But, it contained some sand which you have to beware of while you are chewing.

I did the whole heavy metal detox smoothie for a while and this went into it. The whole smoothie was awful but this was the worst part. Just chunky and gross floating around in an otherwise not at all appetizing smoothie. And the cost is ridiculous.

Bacon recipe: I actually fry it in bacon fat with a hit of salt. It's delicious and a lot healthier than straight up bacon. Dulse is without a doubt the most delicious fried vegetable I've ever tasted. It will lighten in color when it's ready, it gets crispy and it tastes like a super rich delicious bacon.Every cook should acquaint themselves with this product, which will absolutely be the next kale. Except it tastes good. It has such a rich salty flavor that it honesty tastes like plant bacon. Have used it in conjunction with kombu to make super rich dashi broth. Probably is delicious in any broth. Also, somehow it's good for you. Meanwhile bacon is only good for the soul.

I tasted a lot of brands of dulse and these are far the best. They are so tasty and soft. Very easy to rip apart if you want smaller pieces on your salads. No hard pieces.
