The taste is wonderful!
I love this product. I bought it at another place the first time and then could not find it again. I was so glad to find that you, Amazon, carried it. I will definitely be buying it again. I use it mainly for snacking on with crackers or just by itself. I know I will use it for other things. I definitely love the flavor.

Yummy!!
Delicious cheese and goes great with Crunchmaster 6 Grain crackers!! We first discovered it at a local Costco and then they stopped carrying it. It was a great bargain for under 6 dollars for triple the size as one of these. Hope they bring it back soon!

Excellent cheese. Much firmer than regular Havarti with a slightly sweet taste.

What was done to this cheese prior to sale? I think the Castello company should look into it. Castello aged Havarti has been my favorite cheese and I know its flavor. It is a slightly sweet with great flavor and consistency. THIS cheese was watery and had no flavor. Was it frozen prior to sale? Was it kept in a water bucket to add weight? I wrapped it in paper towel to absorb the liquid but even after a few days, it did not taste anything like it should. I will probably use it in cooking rather than throwing it out.

Picture showed agreat big Piece of Cheese, I got a little Slice and a fortune it was advertised wrong, and I beliave the Cheese has been frozen, it totally crumbles when i try to slice it mthe Sars is for the flavor only but never again

Excellent product, package fresh.
Very hard to find in the local supermarket. So when I found it on Amazon I was surprised and very happy. Excellent cheese, will definitely purchase again.
