It has a little bit of a taste even though it's a capsule but it gets the job done. I've been using it on and off for months for my high liver enzyme levels and my enzyme levels have been getting lower ever since so I would call that a win. I would give this 5 if it didn't have a slight taste to it.

If your liver is at all not what it should be, that affects many other things in your body. One of them is about losing weight. Every other morning after I wake up I first have a tall glass of room temp water with a fresh squeezed lemon in it, then 30 min later I take NOW Liver Refresh plus Berberine and L-Methionine. I then wait at least 30 min before having breakfast.
