Bought this lift for my 2014 Wrangler installed by myself in about 5 hrs. That included some cleaning and painting of suspension parts. The ride is vastly improved and absolutely No adjustments were needed after the install steering was perfect and the overall ride is amazing. Great lift from RC! I definitely would buy this kit again.

Excellent little kit. (2016 JK) 2.5" was the perfect choice for me. Honestly, the install was not bad. And despite some reviews i read, the ride was surprisingly better than what i anticipated. I did get ABS and Traction Control lights on my display but, I believe I have that figured out. It was worth the purchase.

I have an 09 jeep Rubicon wrangler unlimited and this wasn't terrible to put together, I installed this in my garage with jack stands and my buddies on a Saturday night and was driving it that night. This is my wife's daily driver back forth to work. The only hick up is trying to get the front springs in with out a lift is a bit tough make sure you have a friend to help. however I did order the rear sway bar links which are not included in the kit. You will need to order the 2.5" rear sway bar links to give the rear sway bar proper ride height and move the rears to the front. I don't know what all the other guf is about but my wife is pleased with the ride and comfort on the highway . And it has a nice stance with her 33x12.50x 17"s . So definitely if your are up grading from stock and not looking for a crazy lift and trying to budget it this is highly recommended. I have used RC products in the past and they are high quality , never let me down before.

I'm absolutely in love with the stance now. My Jeep doesn't look squished anymore! It was pretty straightforward to install. For some reason the instructions don't mention unbolting the top of the shock, but that's pretty self explanatory. I would definitely suggest having a friend help you because there are times when an extra set of hands really helps. Also, if your Jeep is older like mine (2010) I would suggest having some replacement bolts on hand in case any of your old ones break. I wish I had ordered shock boots in advance because now I will have to take it back apart to put them on. Definitely worth the money. Just enough lift to look cool, but not so much that it's a pain to get in and out.

We found that the brake line extenders brackets weren’t included in the kit. The company apologized, and claimed they would ship asap. Thankfully my son had ordered others through Amazon because Rough Country’s didn’t arrive for two weeks. This kit also needs front stabilizer bar extenders. Amazon to the rescue again! The rear appears to be OK but we couldn’t stear the vehicle w stock stabilizer bar links. So we completed the kit install which works but the adjustments on our part made this successful in a lot more timely fashion. Amazon…thanks! Rough Country…hmmm.

This kit was easy to install, 2.5 hours install in the driveway. Need jack stands and a couple jacks. Jeep looks awesome and rides great. Make sure to get the extended sway bar links for the rear and use the old rear links and put in the front. Definitely will need the rear track bar bracket also. It’s a must.

The only problem I had with product that the fron brake extenders didn’t work for me but that could be my Jeep the ride is excellent love it feels like a brand new Jeep and mine is a 2012

This worked great. My mechanic installed this in no time. My shocks had failed so this was a great opportunity for an upgrade. I hesitated with the lift and if I had to do it again, I’d go slightly bigger. Just sayin

I installed these in my 2011 Jeep JKU AND I WAS DISAPPOINTED. INSTALLATION WAS OK BUT WHEN I WENT TO DRIVE THE TRUCK, IT HAD INTRODUCED DEATH WOBBLE AND WAS STIFF. RESEARCH ON FORMS TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED EXTENDED SWAYBAR LINKS IN THE BACK AND THEN MOVE THE BACK TO THE FRONT THAT MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE, NO IDEA WHY THEY WOULDN’T HAVE INCLUDED THEM OR MENTIONED IT IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. I FIND THE SPRINGS A LITTLE BIT AND I THINK THEY WOULD WORK BETTER IF YOU USED A FRONT WINCH AS MY FRONT END ALTHOUGH LEVEL LOOKS HIGH, I WAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IF I ALSO NEEDED ADJUSTABLE CONTROL ARMS SO I PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY USELESS SAYING I DON’T KNOW EVERY JEEPS DIFFERENT. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
