Oregon's Wild Harvest Certified Organic Milk Thistle USDA Certified Organic Herbal Supplement, 90 Count

The absolute BEST Milk Thistle I have ever used and I've used several. So, I misread the label and took 3 at once on 2 different occasions and it did give me intense stomach cramps (Once I took at the end of my meal and the other time in between meals). Both times it gave me the best cleanout! I have never excreted anything so black in my stool in my life. I had a Bioscan (frequency scanner where you hold a copper conductor and the frequency waves report what's going on in your body) The readout showed that I was a high producer of Uric Acid, which didn't necessarily surprise me as I've known there was an issue with my liver for awhile based on turning yellow, multiple times. However, no blood tests ever showed high liver enzymes. Ironic that all my Uric Acid blood tests over the last 6+ years have always been at the low end of normal or red flagged as too low. This is a classic symptom of Wilson's. Yet, despite that no "expert" would treat or recognize as such. Google will tell you though. I know I have struggled with Kidney Stones for a long time. Had to have a lithotripsy in 2014, as I could never pass my right sided 3 mm stone. But I've seen pictures on Amazon from people that used Stone Breaker by Herb Pharm and those that create the Uric Acid type that pass theirs are black and look like bb's. Calcium Stones look tan and are pretty easy to pass with lemon juice and olive oil. I tried lemon juice and olive oil 100's of times as it always took away the pain, but never helped me pass my stone. My husband only had to use that concoction once and his calcium stone came right on out within an hour. But never worked for me, because mine are uric acid type. So, I believe this is helping to excrete Uric Acid. I could be wrong, but doubt I am. Very pleased with this Milk Thistle.

Product works good.

I developed liver fibrosis over the years. When I found out, it was at stage two. I could still reverse it. So I researched herbal supplements that help repair the liver. I found this brand and I have been taking it since 2021. I no longer have fibrosis. I was able to walk it back, and I believe that, besides having a better diet and moderate exercise, the Milk Thistle herbal supplement from this particular company (high quality) helped a lot with the job of repairing my liver. Even if you do not have liver issues, if you drink alcohol occasionally or regularly and indulge in sugar treats, Milk Thistle will help your liver repair from the damage that the above causes.

Great product

This does unbelievable wonders!!! Bought this to humor my mom ... but it actually works! Start taking a capsule a day for about three days before your period starts (to get it in your system). This has reduced my menstrual pain to about 10% of usual, and some months to 0%. Sent this to my sister, too. I cannot believe we are all popping synthetics when nature's is so much better.

They went over and above with a generous offer for their product… A company that goes that far out of their way for client satisfaction has my vote! Really great, quality product. I would give it five stars except the capsules aren't vegetarian.

I read about taking Milk Thistle in his book. He stated thatif you are a daily drinker to protect your liver by taking Milk Thistle daily. I believed him and have thrived. I also started a friend on it whose elevated liver enzymes returned to normal.
