Exercise Ball, Gym Ball Anti-Burst Yoga Ball, 45cm/55cm/65cm/75cm Extra Thick Swiss Ball with Pump, for Fitness Birthing Physio Balance Pilates

Bought to ‘get fit’ at home. I suffer with depression so I’m trying a new way and I thought exercise/yoga would help. This ball feels very nice, it only took a few mins to pump up with the supplied pump. I bought the 45cm one because I wasn’t sure how big the sizes actually were and it’s small to average size I think, I’ll take a photo so show you the size next to something. I wouldn’t mind a set of these of different sizes, especially to do my stretches on, I’m 5ft 10 so I’ll need a bigger one for this. I read before I bought it people are sitting on them at desks so I’m thinking of getting the largest silver one to go under my desk in the lounge :) I’ve also used it to put my feet up while I’m being lazy on the couch, it’s so comfy and if you’re a fidgeter like me you can roll it under your feet, it’s a nice stress reliever. One week now Im sitting on this ball at my desk at work. First couple of days only 2h as I was really feeling tired like I had been to the gym for half the day. Next 2 days, sat 2h morning and 2h afternoon. Last day sat 5h on it. My neck, back, shoulders and every sore and stiff parts of my body are just crying thank you ! My spine feels aligned again, I can feel my legs working gently, my back muscles are re-building a support, and cherry on the cake, my long forgotten abs are at work again. All this without even noticing any work out, just sitting.Looking forward to using my ball from tom for a second week and see / feel results in a couple of months.

I thought this was way too small for a 55cm ball for my wife, so bought another in my local Argos...same issue! As it turns out you actually need to pump it way beyond what you would expect. It helps if you leave it for a day and come back to it as the instructions state. Sitting on the ball your hip and knee should be in a straight line, or hips slightly higher.The included pump is a bit of a joke and takes forever to get air in. I only got a satisfactory pressure when I used my bike pump... The one from Argos had a much better hand pump, like a mini bike pump.

Very impressed with this item. My daughter is 5'3, so I ordered the 55cm ball (perfect size) in frosted pink (looks lovely). It came with two spare plugs and a pump (although I used my own pump for ease) and it easily inflated to just below actual size. After reading previous reviews, I knew to wait a while before pumping again, in order to allow the rubber to naturally give a little (about 2 hours of my daughter rolling around on it achieved this very well). The ball then easily pumped up to it's full size without creating too much pressure. We've only had it a day, but it's definitely been given a thorough workout, as we've tried all the exercises that came on the information sheet included (as well as plenty that my daughter invented!) and there's been no sign of any air loss. It's also the perfect size for my daughter to sit at her desk with. Great value for a quality product. Would definitely buy again!

I am very happy with this purchase. I love the colour, and the ball is being used for many things in our home - desk chair, foot rest in the living room, alternative chair in the living room, exercise ball, pregnancy ball, etc. It is burst resistant.Some things to bear in mind: the pump is manual and can take some effort. Thankfully my husband is kind enough to pump up the ball for me! If you have a better pump, it will make your life easier.The ball will not inflate to its full size the first time you pump it up. So pump it up and use it for a while to soften and stretch it a bit, then pump again and so on. We only realised this after a few months, and were greatly surprised at how much bigger the ball actually was!I highly recommend this ball and would buy again if I needed another. Great price too!

Arrived very quickly. Pump was a bit rubbish, so I used my balloon pump which did job much easier and quicker for me. Took about 5 mins for me to blow up but its extremely hot today. In one picture I've included measuring tape (zoom in to see dimensions) I'm 5ft 6 about.I've not exercised on it yet I've already done my quote for today (cycled 10m & walked Dogo 😉).At the moment I've got my legs resting on and its everso slightly raised position, you might say leg lock if standing.I will add to my comments once I've done my first exercise on it tomorrow but I feel quite hopeful it will give my routine a bit of variety.Not had one b4 so nothing to compare to but it seems pretty robust. Let's hope I dont eat my words tomorrow.I will mark the stars better once I've had for a month or so but I'd say 👍🏻🌈

Very happy with the product. I bought the 55cm and at first it seemed very small but it just needs pumping up a lot.The pump provided wasn’t very good. The connectors kept popping out and it was taking forever. 20 minutes later and it was still no more than 30cm high and floppy. I resorted to a hand held pump which was much more effective.Happy with the product itself.

I bought this "Exercise Yoga Ball" to be able to do some abs routine and it took almost two weeks to arrive despite being a Prime customers. However, the main problem was the brand which does not appear on the item and it made me had a look again on the advertised item to see if it is okay. So why the brand does not actually appear on the product then ? And why there is no instruction at all ? Do they expect everyone to be familiar to this item ?Well, I had to use my common sense to pump it anyway and at least they sent me the exact size and colour that I ordered. Not sure if it will last longer as the material looks a bit soft to me.
