Blends nicely with my light oak stair stain. These treads do not have a built-in adhesive, which was important to me. I securely attached with (separately purchased) carpet tape specifically designed to not harm hardwood floor finishes. These are helping my aging pup gain confidence in using the stairs again after a recent slip.

I do not trust the adhesion for elderly parents. It isn't as strong and "non-skid" as I'd hoped it would be. Unfortunately, I missed the 30-day window for return.

So far they have been working..

Very thin. Very cheap. I guess you sometimes get what you pay for. They do not stay in place at all and should not be called non slip. They would definitely need taping or stapling to stay in place. They arrived bent and needed weight on them for at least a day to flatten out.

They were very easy to install, but it is helpful to have extra carpet tape to safely secure.

It’s a nice product but doesn’t stick well on my wood finish stair.

Using these to save the white carpet on my stairs...will not stay on with out adhesive carpet tape (and it was a pain to do) but now that they are on...it works great.
