The inner supportive short features 2 mesh pockets and a ventilated gusset and undercarriage panel for maximum breathability and comfort. This is made in a quality knit fabric with elastane which has good stretch and recovery over repeated use and a wicking finish for maximum comfort whilst on the run.

Well equipped shorts but baggy on the outside
Handy straps to hold gels and good pockets too with an expandable zipped back pocket and two side pockets on the Lycra short which are a good size for holding a smart phone The outer shell shorts ride up though when running so looks a bit ridiculous, it’s as though it’s a size too large compared to the Lycra part of the shorts. Really comfy though
