No complaints. This is my first yoga mat that I've owned. I bought it for DDP Yoga. Stays in place, is comfortable to use, absorbs sweat, and rolls nicely.

    Finally Found The Perfect Mat!

*by K***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2015*

I'm 58 and been doing hot yoga for less than a year. I've already been through 2 mats trying to find that right fit for the sliding problem and a knee problem. Only used it 3X so far but it holds the floor and it holds me in place. With the old mats, sometimes I would have to put extra padding under my knees in some poses but now I don't have to do that because this mat is a little thicker and more supportive. I am really happy with this mat and highly recommend it for yoga.

It becomes difficult sometimes finding the right yoga mat but The Zen yoga mat is the perfect fit. The all natural rubber provides stability for your practice and helps resist against sliding and slipping. I enjoy using this mat during my morning mediation over my other yoga mat because it is quite comfortable. It's super easy to clean all you need is a wet cloth. I recommend this yoga mat to anyone looking for environmental friendly products. Not only are the materials eco-friendly but the quality is superb.
