Wet or Dry Styling Iron

Works so well and my hair is so thick that other straighters don't come close to Style house. Highly recommend

The description of this item says that it will straighten hair when it is still wet. That is not at all the case. I bought this as a gift for someone and I am very disappointed.

Very happy the flat iron really don't sizzle or pop when your hair is damp. The only flaw is where the button is located should have been on the side instead of dead smack in the middle of where you hold the flat iron because it causes you to keep shutting the flat iron off instead of leaving it on all why you do your hair

I would not use this wet to dry hair as it leaves hair looking damaged. It definitely straightens. The design of it is not very favorable, as I kept clicking the button every time I grab it to straighten. So the button should have been put in another place to prevent this. I have smaller hands, maybe someone with larger hands wouldn't have that problem. It's definitely not worth the hype. I'm a bit disappointed. But it does straighten relatively fast/easy. Just not into the damaged hair look this gives most of the time.

I bought one from Staples in late 2014 and am about to return my 3rd one because it has broken down on me like all the others. The first one I bought had a faulty cord, so I contacted their customer service department and they shipped me a new one. Awesome right? After a few months the new one stopped heating properly, so I again contacted customer service and they asked me to ship it to them so that they could check it out and replace it. (At my own cost.) I'm not actually sure whether they replaced it or fixed it, but about two weeks later I received my third flat iron. It has been less than two months and I'm having the same issue with the temperature not working right. This product has been such a disappointment because when it's working properly, it leaves my hair looking and feeling smooth. I expect a lot more from a product that retails for $300 on their website. If I were you, I'd look into buying a wet/dry iron from another company to save yourself the constant let down/shipping costs.

I really love this straightener. It gets my hair super straight and I don't have that friz factor after.

LOVED this straightener! I used it for 5 years before it finally quit on me. Wish I could find another to replace it. I haven't found any others that last nearly as long for me.
