I was really surprised with the amazing quality of this bench. It’s very sturdy and looks absolutely beautiful. I took off one star because the instructions could be better and the parts could be labeled better. It also helps to have a drill bit to help create a small hole so the screw can go in better without any gaps when you are assembling the legs.

The finish matches my counter height table and seems sturdy. I needed it to place in front of the windows in my breakfast room, so as to not to obstruct my beautiful lake view. Description states bench height 24" which is correct for the bottom of the seat but then there is almost another 2" for the cushion making it too tall. Did not fully assemble since I am going to cut 3" off the legs. Cost too much to send back. The description should be updated for the product.

Very easy to assemble

Great looking bench! It was easy to put together (under 20 minutes by myself). The wood is a dark cherry color, and the seat cushion is a dark brown. The cushion has more of a matte finish than the shiny look featured in the picture, but it looks great! The bench feels solid and doesn't wiggle when sat on, however I've yet to have two people sit on it simultaneously.I recommend using an drill/electric screwdriver when starting the screws in the braces as it definitely saves time and muscle.The bench arrived in a timely manner (I was given a five day window of when to expect it, and it came on the first day of the estimate via FedEx).Overall I'm very happy with this purchase thus far. Can't wait to add it to the rest of my dining set once it arrives too!

I read other reviews that stated this bench was difficult to assemble due to lack of directions and it was just that - a pain in the rear. The packaging took quite a while to open and I was too hasty in trying to assemble the piece that I realized not all of the legs had the same holes...so, I had to de-assemble and then reassemble. Needless to say, it matches my dining room table perfectly and I am pleased so far.
