Read to the edit....Says flour, I didnt get flour I got flakes that need to be ground up into flour...liesEDIT: called Amazon. Got instant credit to repurchase flour. Second try. Got flour. The flour is actually really really good. What I was hoping for originally. The mix up was time consuming but when I got what I paid for. Ended up being worth it. Changed my rating to reflect that

This flour worked well mixed with teff flour and a little sorghum flour for making GF egg drop noodles. I have also used it with other flours as part of a GF pancake mixture. Personally I would not use it for baking cakes, as I don't feel like the flavor or consistency works as well for that, but everyone has different tastes.

Product image shows flour. What arrived was quinoa "flakes"--for making cereal, not for baking. I had to grind them to flour in a food processor, which aint easy!

We used this flour as a substitute for a wheat flour and the baked products (with a bit of adjustment) were just almost as good as wheat based. If you are gluten free person definitely should look at the quinoa flour

Works great for muffins and pie crust with coconut oil. Muffins are light and fluffy. Brought them to a potluck and everyone preferred them over the wheat flour ones.

Ordered Quinoa Flour. Had read reviews that some customers received flakes, not flour. Sure enough, that's what I received as well. Seems to be a recurring issue.

Just received the package. The packet is nice and right size for anyone who’s only started going on quinoas. Will update again after its first preparation.

Item description says flour but there actually flakes.
