I applied three step treatments and each added greater mileage and performance , the self repair part is not anything visible to see inside the engine , but the results for now are great !!! I'm trying to get this car to last me a long time at 135,000 miles I'm looking to get this running till 235,000 miles at least. Everything I'm doing is headed that way , with frequent oil changes and transmission services etc. So this product seems to be an excellent choice!!!

GREAT STUFF. USUALLY I GET ABOUT 25 MPG CITY DRIVING, MY USUAL ROUTE IN MY TOWN. NOW I HAVE GOTTEN UP TO 28.7 MPG DRIVING THE SAME ROUTE. .I HAVEN'T TRIED HYWAY DRIVING YET BUT VERY HAPPY WITH WHAT I'V SEEN SO FAR. I JUST ADDED AN EXTRA TREATMENT WHICH THE COMPANY SAID I CAN IF I WANTED TO. THEY ALSO STATED AGAIN THAT TREATMENT IS GOOD FOR 60,000 MILES.

Easy to use and definitely notice but the 3rd dose

Item arrived in a timely fashion. Followed directions and treated the engine. Just added the third tube to the engine and drove a hundred plus miles.engine is a little quieter and smoother running.

Good product with my car performance

I can not hear or see any changes in how my car is performing after using this. I would like to add that I have no way of testing the actual viability and accuracy of the product clames

I have been using this product over the years as needed, in my 1993 Acura Legend L sedan.It fills in the microscopic 'scratches' in the cylinder walls, as well as some other wear areas in the motor..The car has full power at 260,000 miles. Great product.

NEVER AGAIN! Well I like giving my truck that extra little bit of attention to make it last as long as possible. As soon as I put this in my motor it started smoking when I first start it up in the morning. I am very in tune to my vehicle and every little noise and this was the biggest regret I have with it. I'm gonna try and run some ATF and hope the higher detergent will clean this crap out! Now I know my truck ain't no spring chicken but I also know a LS is rock solid and I'm a stickler for routine maintenance NEVER AGAIN!
