Make sure to mount with correct side up or they will collect water & die. Bought 4 last year, [keeping (2) as spares]. Replaced 1st (2), (which I hung wrong), with those spares. Added 2 more speakers this year to cover other side of house. Good sound quality. Very happy.

I have purchased 5 pairs of these, they have been in use around the deck for over a year now and still sound good. This last set I purchase to install on our pontoon boat and are working fine. Yes you do have to be careful when tightening the mounting knobs as you can pull the pem nut right out of the case, there is no need to put a gorilla grip on them for them to hold securely if you use the rubber grip pads that are included. These are not Bose or Klipsch speakers they are not for the audiophile, if you want to have some music on the patio or out fishing on the boat for an inexpensive price these are good.

For the price they sound excellent. I am currently running them on a Kenwood Marine head unit that advertises 50 watts per channel. The speakers are very loud and surprisingly clear. They will distort when the radio is maxed out so I have tuned to the radio to minimize distortion at high volume. I also do not play the radio at max volume. Only time will tell how durable they will be in the salt air. My Boston Whaler is garage kept so the exposure to the elements will be limited to actual use time.

Sound is decent. Not high end but good enough for my tone deaf ears. HOWEVER the front screens are rusting already. They haven't even be in the Gulf yet. Thats just from sitting on the boat waiting to go out on the Gulf. Probably cheapest powder coating available on them if that.If you buy for looks you will be disappointed.Support is good tho. One speaker stripped out and couldn't be attached. Called and the replaced and cross shipped so that was a good thing and a big plus.

Poorly built. Had to return sound quality poor. Buy the a dual brand instead. Worth the money

Fitted 2 in the main quarter and two outside in cockpit.

I have not even connected these yet. Both rattle from inside the box. the packaging was not damaged. To lazy to return them and the trash bin was closer. on the bright side. I did make to prefect baskets using the speakers and my outside trash can. Not worth the $50+
