This may be because I play PC games and it can get in the way. I think it would still be good for browsing the internet. They are very comfortable. Both have a smooth outside but has 3 lines of very small divots. These divots seem to help my hand stay in place. The padding is soft, yet also firm, giving my hands both support and comfort The wrist rest has a solid grip on the desk and do not slide. I WOULD RECCOMEND this to anyone out there that uses a computer. Tried to return and the shipping fee is $5.99. I should've checked this before buying. Disappointing.

I have a memory Foam pillow, when you put your head on it, it sinks into the pillow just enough to take the pressure off your head and neck. Knowing this, I assumed this “Memory Foam Mouse Wrist Rest” would do the same, especially as it is advertised as being: “Soft and Comfy, reduce pressure on the wrist, Ultra-soft feel.” It isn’t in my humble opinion. Now there are many people who loved this product and stated that it is soft and comfy, I found it to be a bit softer than a hard, semi-ripe, tomato – it is very firm. Perhaps if my hands were heavier? Now someone said that “a wrist rest is for the PALMS of your hand and not your wrists” the problem for me is that I am using it with a mouse, the Logitech MX Master mouse which you place your entire PALM over in order to use it. The part of my palm that I was able to rest on the “Wrist Rest” was the base of the palm right where it meets the wrist sometimes referred to as “the heel of the hand”. After about 20 minutes my hand and wrist was really sore. I think I need something a bit more pliable, a bit softer or more compressible to take the pressure off, this was just too firm.

The title and pics should tell the story. This product is garbage. The cloth cover is barely glued on and coming off around 75% of the edges and the plastic bottom is uneven. I cannot believe how poorly this product is made.

I waited to review the product until I had time to use it for a period of time. I do computer work for about an hour every other day, so I don't give it a test like someone who works on a computer the major part of every work day. I have found that using this Wrist Rest does take pressure off the base of the thumb, especially, and straightens the bend in the wrist which usually causes discomfort. I feel it is definitely worth the price, and it will increase in value to me as I continue to use it.

6’6 hunky Co-worker batted eyes at me and said he wished he had a wrist support like mine. I sassily replied “I bet you do” and sashayed away while he chuckled.I returned to his office 20 seconds later giving him my mouse wrist support. He paid me for it but I never exactly replaced it... I bought an imposter and I dream of stealing mine back every day. I’m too cheap to buy another while I have a stupid bright blue imposter that looks like a swimming pool. No lie. I hate that I need to make people happy.... HATE IT!!!! I always screw myself!!!

Been using these for a month or so now and they are great. I love the gel feel better than the foam or whatever else is used. My wrist rest comfortably all throughout the day. I use them at work so I wanted something that would last and not get dirty quick. These have stayed clean even though the office is very dusty. The rubber grip at the bottom keeps them in place, even on my giant mousepad.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased these. They are seriously so comfortable to use. I had wrist pain from resting my wrists on my wooden desk before my glass pad. This got rid of all the pain, and seriously just a joy to use.

Great shape, a tad too firm for me though as I use a sideways mouse.For a normal mouse it should be good cushioning for the wrist.
