Does what it’s meant to
Second time I’ve ordered this make. Really work. I take at night. They help me to sleep but good for the immune system too. Taken for 2 years now and will continue to take.

An effective Ayurvedic that's helped me
I have been taking this for quite a few months and within a couple of weeks there was an improvement in my symptoms. I take it for a complex chronic condition which causes problems with my autonomic systems - Chronic fatigue, Sweating, shaking, anxiety caused by adrenaline problems, weak immunity, insomnia, to name a few! Ashwagandha is definitely helping me, my symptoms have improved and it's side effect free. Buying the pack of 2 is a good bulk buy saving. I have taken other more expensive brands and this one is just as effective. I can recommend using this product alongside other Ayurvedic medicines which really seem to agree with me.

The real deal!
This product is the EXTRACT of Ashwagandha which is what you want if you want to feel the true benefits Ashwagandha has to offer. I have tried many different brands and Best Naturals Ashwagandha is the one I've chosen to use every day. I have Hashimoto's so if I use an inferior product my thyroid rejects it which makes my whole body feel awful. Fantastic value for money in my opinion!

I could tell a difference
Ashwagandha is an adaptogen and usually very subtle. I use is as part of a natural protocol to treat hypothyroidism. I ran out and I could feel the difference. I have tried several brands but this one had the fastest reaction and best results. I will make it my go to brand.

Will give you the worst nightmare of pimples
Read and know exactly what you will be drinking !I have taken this for 1 week and it starts giving me full of pimples on my face,I cut it off and pimples have gone away.
