The big ones are great for muffins, the middle one for fairy cakes and the little one for mini cakes. They work really well for me, I can use them with one hand which is so useful. They've been through the dishwasher a few times with no ill effects. They're a bit more awkward to clean by hand, but you just squeeze them a couple of times while you wash. No idea what they're like for ice cream, but if you're a baker then I'd definitely recommend them!

I use these for baking, getting evenly sized cupcakes or transferring mixture without having to scrape off all the time. The big ones are great for muffins, the middle one for fairy cakes and the little one for mini cakes. They work really well for me, I can use them with one hand which is so useful. They've been through the dishwasher a few times with no ill effects. They're a bit more awkward to clean by hand, but you just squeeze them a couple of times while you wash. No idea what they're like for ice cream, but if you're a baker then I'd definitely recommend them!

I have used this item in all sorts of baking aside from its ice cream purpose. I was worried when i first received the item as it looks quite rough (the hinges are a bit tense and crackly) but after using the item for some time i guess the baking lubricated the hinges so now it works perfect. although i dont put it in the dishwasher often as they are very easy to clean, I did put them in the dishwasher (bottom rack) from time to time and its like any other spoon or fork. good product

The medium and large are great the small scoop has a rough feeling when squeezing the handles. They appear to be very well made and I am have with the quality for the price
