Direction for use : 2 teaspoonful of herbonic in a glass of milk or warm water should be mixed up and stirred well. Depending upon the consistency of milk required the quantity of herbonic may be increased or decreased. The residue settled at the bottom of the drink is nothing but particles of un dissolved badam and elaichi which may be taken.

Almost entirely cane sugar (they declined to elaborate if that meant white sugar, brown sugar, or however they were defining it)Contacted maharishi and they neither remove the almond skins (indigestible according to ayurveda) nor soak them (all nuts/seeds contain chemical defenses which inhibit the absorption of nutrients, which is why they must be soaked or cooked).Surprised by the gross negligence of these uttermost basic and fundamental things.

This product is nothing more than thandai we drink in summers, personally I didn't find it useful for winters.
