Also, dass ich damit abnehmen kann, wage ich zu bezweifeln. Das Armband ist nicht sehr groß und passt mir gerade so. Ich habe ein sehr schmales Handgelenk. Also für etwas kräftigere Handgelenke, ist es zu eng. Aber es sieht gut aus und passt auch zu den anderen Armbändern, die ich dazu trage.
