Sad to leave them behind, good brand
This would have been my third or fourth bottle of them. I loved them for the time that I had them however, Iโm leaving them behind to use another brand as I need a lower dosage. They have been great. I recommend them to anybody considering them. Theyโre very easy to use and the size is not intolerable. I liked the ingredients that they had to offer especially the KSM 66 I noticed how calm I was and as someone who has been dealing with a lot of stress, Iโve gotten a great use out of them. Great for calming energy, I do find that pairing this with magnesium has been a great deal of help for me and I sleep better.

Iโm not too sure about these. (Sorry, not very helpful).) Iโve always had high anxiety. I work, drive etc..everything most people do. BUT, with that said, I was truly hoping for a more โpeaceful, calmingโ feeling in my heart after taking these, and it just didnโt give me that โno panic feeling โ, I was wanting.. I wonโt order again. Sorry again, & hope this helped?๐ข

Life changing
After being on birth control pills for my entire adult life, I came off them and within months found that I am an ANXIOUS MESS. Things that couldnโt disturb me before, now had me spiraling.
