I noticed five years ago that Wen products do not contain a shampoo; instead, their products offer a 'cleansing conditioner.' After all, what does shampoo do? It strips and takes away. It removes natural oils, any applied color, and yes, any accumulated dust particles, too. I made what to me was a radical change and began to use only hair moisturizers to both cleanse and moisturize my hair. Now, five years later, my hair is shiny, it even has a soft curl instead of being straight and limp, it looks alive. I have always had fine hair which has thinned as I grew older, so I rotated through several different brands of hair moisturizers before ordering this Therapy-G. Yes, it is expensive, but there is a lot of it and it goes a long way; it also has a very light (to me) pleasant aroma, not sweet, more a faint herbal scent. As I said, I abandoned shampoos five years ago. The usual hair conditioners add a waxy buildup to the hair shaft (not good), but this Therapy-G really does seem to be what it claims, a "conditioning treatment." My hair always looks shiny clean, even if I skip a day or so between cleansings. Even my scalp is no longer tight as it once was. And there has not been any 'waxy buildup' on the hair shafts. Rather, my hair is in better shape now than it was five years ago when I was still using shampoo.

After I had my baby; my hair was super thin. I have never used these products before- but I already see a difference just during the last 2 weeks of me using it. My hair seems longer and healthier - and is not greasy. I think after a few months of me using this product (along with the noted shampoo) I will have the results I want. This Conditioner tingles - which I love; for it feels as though it is actually doing something! Plan on buying another one when this runs out - highly recommend.

I love this conditioner and have used it off and on for years. I always end up going back to the Therapy G line. After using it consistently for a month to 6 weeks, you will see baby hair growing in. It softens my hair and gives me a slight tingling feeling, but not that over powering tingle. I love it and recommend it, just don't expect it to happen immediately.

This Conditioner is Wonderful..You only need a small amount and it feels great on your scalp and does a really good job at detangling. Use this with the Therapy G Shampoo and you will see less hair in the drain.

I have fine hair and really like this conditioner. It's not too heavy, but conditions my hair and prevents it from damage even though I swim twice a week. Not sure about whether it prevents hair loss, tho. I've purchased it twice now and will continue to do so.

I have long (half way down my back) hair that is thin and fine. I have tried many lengths, but with this type of hair I gave up. With this product I can honestly say it works better on my hair than anything else I have tried. My hair does feel thicker and I do have more body. This is one product I will stick with.
