Weight Watchers Diet Points plus 360 Pedometer 2013

I bought this for a friend who had one of these 3 years ago but this one lasted 3 weeks of usage and stopped working. I bought another battery and it would not would not work. Put in a second battery and nothing. I took battery with me when I purchased replacement. I have original box to return it. Please advise me.

Good and quick service, but the battery must be old, because it's very sluggish. Only registers a step after I've taken 3 steps. Disappointed, but will buy a new battery and pray that that takes care of the problem.

love this little machine,but dont wash it!

don't drop it, the clip in the back breaks, I've had two of them, both have broken clips. I am disappointed, it doesn't come with bracelet.I like the step counting and it is easy to set up.
