Good product I normally take Solgar because it doesn't use pepper which seems to bother me heat wise, this one does not and is much cheaper than the Solgar. Would definitely recommend it and will.definitly order again.

It's very hard to determine how effective supplements are but these seem solid. No upset stomach, which is an issue for me with some supplements.

Started taking it as soon as we received it. I haven't noticed any major changes but I'll continue to take it and give it a chance. Sometimes I think my joints don't hurt as much but time will tell
