Cotton Wraps instead of thick grips
quality is absolutely poor. don't recommend to anybody at all ! they're soft so they tend to slip out of the dumbells better go for slightly costlier solid grips

Not a safe grip
The bar grip is not large enough to adequately wrap around standard barbell or dumbell grips. This leaves a large gap and sits loose on the grip. The material is also not firm enough to retain grip and tends to twist .Will not be safe with medium to heavy dumbells

Doesn’t fit
Too hard and resilient to be fit into the rod or dumbbells.. waste product .. manufactured without thinking .. it can not be used..
