No it will not. Some hold is fine. It is wax, so we can expect that much. But it gives u matte finish. I'm not saying it is bad. This one is great. I prefer Pomade. Pomade will give you better shine(something above than matte).

Is it good for dry hair

I never received this product, also I lost my money because my credit card was expired. Overall a worst experience with this order

I am using American Crew forming cream since 2013 and i know the viscosity of the cream, however the one i received is not thick enough and the density of the cream is not good enough.
