A must have for anyone wanting to smoke meats. First time smoking anything n I smoked ribs. They turned out perfect after wrapped with the paper they still had the bark on them unlike foil would have steamed them. Best buy I made for my smoker hands down. The paper is strong even when wet soaked in the oil from the meat. Great product!

Great deal on the length of this roll, as I would have paid almost the same for about a quarter length bought through regular meat or grocer store. Worked well for my brisket, but I have enough to do about another 50 briskets, so doubt I will be buying anytime again.

Order came in sooner than I expected which was great. I put it to use right away. Cooked a brisket this weekend and I was blown away by the quality of this butcher paper. Keeps in the heat and doesn’t leak! I’ll definitely be buying more!

While the product is very high quality, I have had very little luck with it. I get results that my family prefers with foil wrapping. However this is fantastic for covering work / prep space while cooking!

I bought this butcher paper to use as a brisket wrap for the final stages of making brisket on my smoker. It works perfectly for that purpose. Nice sized roll for the money.
