Q: I've washed and then swabbed with alcohol to get a firm hold but the tips still come loose. Any suggestions?

Your nose MUST be free of oil. Wipe your nose with a tissue damp with alcohol. Use hospital strength 99% Swan alcohol (available on Amazon), which is only 1% water. I do NOT use the drugstore alcohol, which is 30% water.

Q: I tried CVS strips and even washed my nose and rubbed with alcohol and they peeled right off. Do these STICK?

I also tried generic ones that don't stick very well, but these DO stick very well, even if I don't wash my nose before using them.

Q: are they individually packaged inside the box?

Packed in strips of two. Individually sealed and perforated to separate.
