Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy Nintendo Switch

First I’ll start with the fact I brought this for my son for a Christmas gift in October, and didn’t open it until Christmas Day. Because I just knew it should have been fine until it was opened and ready to use. But no that was not the case. Not a good product the code does not work. When I contacted the seller they told me I could try to contact Amazon to get a refund . Then Amazon said I couldn’t because of when I purchased it. In my Opinion it shouldn’t matter when the purchase date was off the product doesn’t work then it should be ok with returning if it ships back to the company I damaged then a refund should be issued.. do not buy from this company. I’m out of $35.00

I have my switch set the americas and it wouldn’t work. I switched the region to Europe and it still wouldn’t work. The switch throws a code after I enter the download code saying this title isn’t a subtle for prerelease. The game has been out for a while….

The media could not be loaded. The code does not work, it says item code entered is not out. Dont understand why they would sell something you can't use. Somebody needs to contact me...

The item is Terrible do not buy!!! It is such a waste of money the code does not work! This item is such a waste of money the code does not work! so upset that I can’t play the game because of the fake code! It is not a good thing! If you buy it you will regret it.

When I tried to download the game, the digital code wasn't working. When I got in touch with the distributor, I was told that the code was most likely not valid in the US. On the bright side, I was able to get my refund and return it.

Did not receive download code with game. Unable to play game.
