**Q: Band length?**
A: Thank you for this inquiry. Generally, our Timex watches have a standard band size. For kids, the strap can only accommodate a wrist size from 4.3 inches to 6.5 inches. For further assistance or questions, please call our customer service center at 800-448-4639.

**Q: How to I change it from 24 hour mode to 12 hour mode? I cannot do it in the same way as changing the time and date.**
A: Press the "SET" button briefly, unlike holding for 2 sec to change the time and date.

**Q: Does this watch have an hourly chime feature?**

**Q: I’m looking for a replacement strap for this watch. Is it possible to get one?  Timed site didn’t have replacements for the kid models.**
A: If your Timex® Kids watch is lost or broken, we’ll replace it with the same or a similar style for up to one year from the original date of purchase, with no questions asked. If you still have the watch, return it to the address below with your name and address, a copy of your purchase receipt or other proof of purchase. Great for our 8 year old. The band fits his skinny wrist well. Not bulky. Comfortable for him. I like the simple (non-“smart”) watch for his age. Highly recommend. This is our second one (lost his other one on a camping trip).
