Banneton arrived intact. Sturdier than expected. I do not foresee any splintering issues. Works really well when floured heavily with whole wheat flour. Makes a nice loaf. Lame doesn’t seem to be as sharp as I expected. Could be my technique. Tends to drag instead of slicing nicely. I’m enjoying using the sturdy dough scraper.

It has all of the basics to make the perfect bread. You honestly do not need much than this, the quality is good, the blades are sharp and easy to use.

I bought this to use for proofing my sourdough loaf. It works great and the quality was fantastic! The dough scraper and scoring knife are really useful too! Tip: I sprinkled the basket with water first to help the flour stick and it worked perfectly!

I haven't used the basket yet but I was hoping before I jump in someone could instruct me as to how to get a hold of the e-book that comes with the package... very excited to delve into that and try out the basket! I’ve made a half dozen loafs in the past week and they were all great. The basket is nice and sturdy and the linen lining is strong and easy to clean. I’ll be ordering another one just to have a backup.

I found the set not quite to par with quality tools. For instance, the bread tool is pretty useless being made from molded plastic. Not a useful edge for scoring your bread.

This is a fairly fragile basket, and is already broken after tapping it on my counter to get the flour out of it. The shape and everything is fine but it doesn't seem to be very well made. It just shattered. Now i need to buy another one.
