Pascha Organic Dark Chocolate Bars, 70% Cacao, UTZ, Gluten Free, Non GMO, 2.82 oz, Pack of 10

This is my new favorite dark chocolate bar (and I have tried many, many top brands). It is silky smooth, deliciously bittersweet and worth every penny - definitely high-quality chocolate. I know some customers have mentioned freshness, but the bars I received couldn't have been fresher. I do know from general experience that it is better to order chocolate in cooler months - the Amazon warehouses and trucks can get quite hot.

I bought this chocolate for its purity. For not being "the Dutch process," using alkaline, which hinders many of the health benefits of eating high cacao / chocolate liquor content chocolate. This is expensive. Not your average chocolate bar. I eat 3 squares, to 6 squares daily. For the health benefits of eating PURE dark chocolate with a very low sugar content. This chocolate tastes great. It's not like most chocolate most people may be familiar with. Because it's better, due to its purity, and people might have to adjust their thinking about what a chocolate bar is. This is harder, more real chocolate flavor. And if you like that? You'll love these. I also ordered and eat the PASCHA BLACK BAR, which is 100% CACAO. The Black Bar from Pascha ingredients are 100% Organic Chocolate Liquor and Organic Cacao Nobs. Zero sweeteners of any kind. I rotate in eating the 85% for a day or two, and then eat the 100% Black Bar for a day or two. If you're serious about PURE dark chocolate? And are eating dark chocolate for its health benefits? Best check how what you're eating is processed. The total ingredients. And if alkaline "the Dutch process" is used? You are not reaping the health benefits you are eating the chocolate for. Period. Just how it is. 5 stars all around except "value for money," because this is not inexpensive. But I buy it knowing its origin, its process, its purity, and its health benefits and those things balance out the cost. At least to me. And one bar lasts me 3 to 4 days. No gluttony here. Moderation for health purposes and results. Oh, and I like it very much. I like the taste of pure high cacao content chocolate.

I am so impressed with this family owned business! I have ordered dark chocolate from several places. It has become very hard to get extra dark chocolate and I have waited as long as two months to receive my order. In fact, that is why I ordered this chocolate, because the other one which was supposed to arrive in April is now scheduled to arrive in June. This order came within days and the packaging was phenomenal. My chocolate was in a box surrounded by ice packs with thermal protective packaging on top of that! My mailman often puts it in my mailbox and I have had some pretty big messes that way! So I was impressed right off the bat. The chocolate is also delicious! Finding organic 85% chocolate bars has been increasingly difficult. So I am so happy to say I have found my go to source for extra dark chocolate!

its healthy option but taste is not the same , how ever if you put in coco powder and turn it into dark chocolate then its good and is firmer than the other kind of chocolate

As we age the body doesn’t want junk anymore. So much food products on the market today are really nothing more then lab experiments to get the flavor and consistency. Ever have time to read labels on food stuffs before you buy? Well I’m happy to say that after much search for a just right chocolate bar has ended for me. First finding this company some time ago. Now they offer this bar. Very low sugar, no soy or other crap. And its taste is actually good. I mean dark chocolate usually tastes very bitter the darker it goes and the lower the sugar. I’m buying these by the box from here. No longer do I have to check every natural premium market so 1 bar. I would recommend keeping them in the frig. But if your storing them long term put them in the freezer. Thank you Pascha for making quality chocolate.
