Very Easy For 3 Year Old To Follow
I watched this dvd with my son and I must say it was quite easy for my son who is now 3, to follow. He learned and understood the words and their meanings in a matter of two weeks (as I didnt allow him to watch it every day). The teaching method used was impressive. This is my first purchase of a Bumble Bee video and I am quite pleased. I would recommend this video to parents of kids who need that extra assistance.

Great for young toddlers to introduce the concepts of opposites ...
Great for young toddlers to introduce the concepts of opposites to their vocabulary. I purchased this video to help build on my sons vocabulary and he knows all the words and uses them to describe his environment. My son is now 2.5 years. In as little as 1 week he knew the words and in 1 month he begin to use them in his daily speech. This is an excellent educational video for children. I highly recommend this to parents for children to build their confidence in "using their words."

The Best of the Best!
The bumble bee "Opposites" video is excellent. My 18-mon son can both say and read all 20 words in it within 2 weeks: "in,out; yours, mine; fast, slow; up, down; top, bottom; on, off; go, stop; big, little; yes, no..." The best part of it is that the words are supper big and bright in the full screen! When demonstrate "mine & yours", there is a animated little person draging the big purple word "mine" to himself; then that little person pushing the word "yours" to another person. Every word is so well illustrated in the vedio! My son loves it.The "Motorized Madness" is also good, it has 10 machines such as "airplane, bulldozer, dump truck, backhoe loader, helicopter, bucket truck, boat, motlecycle, fire truck, and bus." It also explains each part of the machine, like the wings, propellers, engine, cab...The baby bumble bee surely produce the best of the best infant and kids reading program vedios in the market--as good as Dr. Titzer's "Your baby can read 1-5" DVDs and Dr. Glenn Dorman's "How to teach your baby to read" book.I love "Opposites", "Motorize", "Actions words 1-3" and "vocabulary builders 1-5" the most. Especially the "Opposites". Highly recommended!

Was a waste
We bought this for our autistic grandson. We have never been able to get him to watch it. It was a waste of money.

For young children
Interesting for children under 3, geared toward the younger... my 15 month old likes it. Not for older kinds.

Great tape for toddlers!
This is a great educational tape for toddlers. I have boy/girl 2 1/2 yr. old twins. My son is autistic and loves it for the purpose of learning the different words and actions. He cannot watch this show enough! My daughter who is a normally developing toddler likes the show too. She has learned about opposites as well as how to talk very politely. My neighbors have even commented on how politely she asks for things and says thank you. I have to say the tape has reinforced this with her even more than her parents. Great job Babybumble bee!

great especially for children with autism
Previous reviews indicate too slow moving and boring but if you know about child developement this is a very good tape. Repetition is crucial for autism and other nuerological diseases in kids. My son learned so much.

Great for children who are struggling with language but...
At the time I bought this there wasn't an alternative English version so I bought this. The American accent and differences in words sometimes used could be confusing for a child with speech delay. It's still better than nothing.
