Casil Replacement Battery for APC Back UPS ES 350

Delivery longer than advertised, but received in good condition.

On these batteries, the tabs (terminals) can come in two sizes: F1 and F2. F2 is a bit wider, thicker, and longer than F1. This battery came with the F1 tab (smaller one) APC ES350 came with a battery with F1 tabs. So cords have plugs that are F2. (wider) End result is, if I just push it in, it will fit loosely and can fall off. Lose connection is also not good from voltage drop stand point.You can buy adapters for conversion but I didn't have one. I ended up cutting off tabs from the original battery and soldering it to the new one. I don't recommend doing this to anyone who's not very familiar and skilled with soldering.Since this product is labeled as a replacement, connector size should match. It doesn't.

The description says it will work on a ES-350 ups device. However, the spade terminals are 3/16 instead of 1/4”, so the wires won’t stay on. Amazon won’t let us return it to them because it is a lithium battery, although they sent it to us. I have reached out to the supplier and they won’t answer their phone nor reply to the email I have sent them. Very disappointed.

Very fast delivery. price and quality are also great.

It's working, but it's not a 100% true replacement. An extra 1/8" of height means I can't close the door of the battery compartment.

It gives an extra 15ish minutes of power to shut down everything down properly. Overall same performance as the original battery
