Anti-Colic Options+ Wide-Neck Baby Bottle Set, 0m+

When I was pregnant with my twins I did ALL the research on which bottles I wanted to use. Dr. Browns repeatedly popped up as one of the highest recommended. After the first two months I was getting tired of washing all the pieces because each bottle has five pieces not including the lid. It was tedious to assemble the bottles as well. I decided to try two different brand that has the anti colic valve built in to the nipple. Baby B was not having it. He does much better with these bottles so all I did was make more work for myself buying different bottles. I really like the two different sizes in these packs because my babies are taking 4-5 oz a feed right now and I can mix up all of their formula together in a big bottle and then just split it. The box does say when they’re a bit bigger I can omit the green anti colic valve which will make things much easier to clean but we aren’t there yet. TLDR: Overall I feel like these are the best value pack for my money and my babies prefer these over any others. There’s just alot of pieces to wash and assemble.

This Set has made a huge difference in our feeding routine. From the very first use, we noticed less gas, fewer spit-ups, and a much calmer baby after feeds. I personally really loved these bottles. Definitely helped with my son’s latch. Lots of pieces but I don’t mind.

Pros - anti colic vent feature - there is a 5 oz size (versus only 4 oz or 8oz with the thin bottle) - the nipple moreso mimics actual nipple shape if you also breastfeed - the r curve in the bottle shape makes it comfortable to hold - it fits in all warmers or sterilizers - comes with a flat cap for storage and warming Cons - it leaks (not as much as the thin bottles) around the collar sometimes - the cleaning of parts is super tedious - he cap is very hard to pop off especially with one hand Solutions for leaks - don’t warm the bottle with the anti colic vent inside - use the flat cap lid to warm and let the bottle sit and cool for a minute and put a clean cool ring / collar on - do not over tighten the collar - make sure the silicone part of the anticolic green price is lined up nicely on the top of the bottle opening border out the nipple and collar on - do not go over 5oz Solution for tedious cleaning ( I learned in the nicu) - after the bottle is finished dump any remaining milk and then half fill it with warm water and bottle soap. Put the pieces back in and nipple/ collar back on and shake it up. That cleans alll the parts especially if you don’t have time to scrub it and rinse right away after a feed

I have ordered a few of these for our colic bub. Unsure of the science and how it works but it stopped the projectile vomiting post feeds. We have combined the bottle with a slow feeding and nearly 4 months later, our baby barely had a spit up. For cleaning it is a bit more involved since you have to clean within the vent and every hole manually after every use. The bigger bottle does not fit into our dr brown bottle warmer, so we do have to pour it into another bottle to get the milk warmed up. I would give it 5 stars for helping with colic, but it does lose a star due to the cleaning requirements

If you have a bottle fed baby, it is just a perfect match. I had struggles breastfeeding and back this time I just had one tall Dr. Browns bottle as back up. I was so stressed in the way I had to clean and rush it, every time we used, and finally decided to check out and buy this set. It is a game changer. They came in large and small size. Not really easy to clean, but we do boil it every other day, brush every day and clean the filter with a thin/ tall brush. In terms of being anti colic, I really like how it works, when he is sucking I don’t hear any noise (usually those bottles make a whistle sound), plus never noticed he getting cramps after nursing. Going through some reviews I noticed people complaining about leaking… well it really does when you don’t screw it properly. Besides that I would recommend and of course had bought to next stage (with handle).

Estos biberones son muy buenos, evita que mi bebé tenga cólicos, solo recuerda lavar el embudo y la base verde con el limpiador que viene en la caja y cuida de no perderlo ya que los orificios de la base verde son muy chicos.
