This was a step away from the colgate variant for a few dollars less and it was worth it. It helps with gingival bacteria as well as cavity protection. Make sure to brush with toothpaste to clear the surfaces, floss and mouthwash and then apply this. it's also a good idea to apply this 20-30 minutes before activities such as swimming as well (bacteria in the water is always a thing in public pools etc).

Fluoride gel helps to minimize the formation of cavities. The paste is excellent. I use it 3-4 times a week at night.

This tooth treatment gel was very good. It was not liquidy and not too thick. Just right. It taste good and made it easy for my kids to like it. I think it was worth the amount that was paid.

Hard to spread it, and feels like it comes off with my spit, but I would like to think it is doing something. It tastes good, so I instantly salivated. I think if it were a bit more sticky like the paint on fluoride kind at the dentist, I would feel like it was working a bit more. My dentist sometimes uses foam also, and it feels like that in my mouth. Come to think of it, he does the foam one with a mouth guard. I think this stuff would be great with a mouth guard. I plan to keep using it, and would buy it again. My kids do not complain about it either.

Use when sensing added sensitivity. Seems to help. A good cost option to keep on hand.

Even as an adult, the taste is the grape version is terrific, which is why I bought it. The consistency is a bit too thin though, bordering watery. And cost has gotten ridiculous! This is currently almost $18/bottle, GelKam is less than $10. Update 09/09/21, The price has come down and the thickness increased. The taste is the same, so I switched my preference to 3M.
