Hey guys i usually don't write reviews because i am never fully satisfied with detox tea products. They say they do somethings or the other but it never did anything to my body. I was very fed up and scared of trying teas because i would pay all this money to buy all these different kinds of teas and end up not drinking them or not seeing any results. Well enough about other teas and more about teami. I follow few groups on Instagram and they were talking about the teami skinny tea so i thought i give it a try. I ordered the 30 day detox and i have the prime membership so it came through in about 2 to 3 days. For about two weeks into drinking it, i felt bloated and thought i was gaining weight and fed up because i was not losing any kind of tummy weight. I decided to just go with it and take it till the end. And i am very glad i did because by the end of my third week all the bloatedness began to disappear and even though i cheated a few times on my diet but i did not put any bloat on my tummy and still felt sexy when i woke up or when i went to sleep. I absolutely love love love it !. Drinking the tea in the morning wakes me up and gives me a full feeling which stops my unhealthy food cravings. I encourage every one to give it a try who is trying to lose weight or just trying to get rid of the extra tummy bloat. I told all my friends about it and they are excited to try it as well. I am currently on my fourth week of detox and i have three more days of tea left. After that i am deciding to take a break from detox and see if i feel the same or if i gain back my weight. I will be posting back in the future to tell y'all what i saw or felt. Till then i hope this review helps because i would definitely recommend you to try it and see the huge difference yourself!.

Greetings: I saw this tea on intagram and since I'm starting to workout and eat clean I deceived to invest in this 2-part tea. Let me start off by saying the tea smells and taste good, 1 tps you might not think is enough but the tea expands as you allow it to sit in the hot water. So I will be updating my progress as I go along so you can see the results . Start Program weight: 266 lbs dress size 16 Day 1: I start with the Skinny tea used as directed w/light brown sugar [honey makes the tea taste weird] -- this tea taste good hot or cold and you can reuse the tea leafs at least twice so I had 2 cups of the tea. I did notice I got through my workout with less complaining. Day 2: The morning Skinny tea I drunk it while in traffic on my way to work and I added more hot water once I got to work and drunk the tea cold while I ate my lunch. Now based on the online reviews I knew I had to start the Colon tea on day 2 so I worked out had a early dinner and took the Colon tea at 7pm w/brown sugar I was waiting for it to hit my stomach but nothing happened I had a good night sleep. I woke up in the AM on day three had the skinny tea in the am and all hell broke loose. I will replace "poop" with " Sparkle" for an hour straight all I did was " Sparkle" I didn't think it was ever going to end resulting in me being late to work. While sitting in traffic I keep hoping and praying that I did not have to " Sparkle" I feel like I lost at least 5lbs just from this morning but it seems my stomach has settled [2 hrs later]. All I can say is I have regular system so I was very surprise on the amount of " Sparkle" I had in me I didn't think it was ever going to end.... YOU CAN ONLY TAKE THE COLON TEA EVERY OTHER DAY [ie: day 2,4,6,8 ets], YOU ONLY GET 15 COLON TEA BAGS FOR THE 30 DAY DETOX, THE INSTRUCTIONS DONT TELL YOU THAT BUT THE TEA WEBSITE DOES. I will update my review on day 7 with my results. Day 8: I have notice that the tea is allowing me to get through y workout a lot easier. I have also notice my body is starting to change, I'm less bloated and I have gone down a few inch. My plan instead of doing 45 min workout I will start doing 90 min work outs. I have also notice the Colon cleanse works best if you eat clean, I drink the colon tea yesterday and I notice instead of going to the bathroom every 30 min I'm only going the firth 3 hrs after I wake up the key is you have to eat clean if you don't the more " Sparkle" you will do. I have also change my eating habits, I'm eating 60% veg/fruit and 40% meat, I have limit my daily sugar instate to only 29g and I have replace all process sugar with brown sugar. As far as drinking coffee they suggest you give it up for 30 days however depending on if you think coffee should be a major food group like I do I am only doing 1 16 oz of coffee a day which is crazy since before I started the tea I was drinking at least 6 cups a day. Lastly I have not weighted myself I'm waiting until the 30th day HOWEER I can tell you I went from a XL to a Large and my clothes are fitting looser and I'm loving my energy level. I will update my review in a few more days. Day 16 for the most part i can tell that i lost inches i went from a XL to a large and my clothes fit better the tea is performing just as it promises. I was able to get the colon tea under control with only sparkling every 2 hrs instead of every 30 min...i went from walking 1. 5 miles to 4 miles everyday i also am finding i can get through my workout within an hour and with energy to spare. Only 13 more day ill update my measurment before and after on the 31st day. Day 31: its hard to believe that I am done with this experience I think this is the lonest review I have ever done on Amazon but like most of you I have been burned from products that promise to do things that it doesn't. This product works well and does what it states AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO A TEA.... I am happy to report that I lost 10 pounds roughly from all the " sparkling" that I was doing but on top of the pounds which really doesn't matter as mussel weighs more then fat, I lost major inches and dropped a dress size. When I started the program I was a size 16 now I am a size 14 and not a tight 14 but a solid 14, I lost 2 inches off my rear and as a big booty woman 2 inches is life....... I lost 1 1/ inches off my arms and 1 inch off my forearm, I lost 2 in off my upper thigh and 2 inches off my lower thigh [right above your knee] I lost 1 in off my calf and I lost 2 inches off my lower tummy. I WORKED OUT every day and on the days I took the colon tea I did light cardio at home, I made the mistake going to the gym on my " sparkle " day and I thought I was dying. When I started I could only walk/run about 1.5 miles now I'm up to 5 miles thanks to my Kick A#$ play list, I am also up to a 1/2 gallon of water a day and replace all sugar with brown sugar, Coffee is still a must but I am down to 2 cups a day. I would stay this tea is a good starting point it allows you get a small kick start after the 30 days you will realize you can eat clean you can drink water and working out in any form at least 60 min a day is not hard. After the 30 days all the things that I've done for the program as instructed by the TeaMi product has become habit and that was the goal. So if you like this review I thank you .... Remember as long as you EAT CLEAN, WORK OUT DAILY, DRINK WATER AND STICK TO THE PROGRAM you will see result and even if the results are small and not big like what you see on the internet SOMETHING IS BETTER THEN NOTHING, and all great victory's are still victories rather big or small.

This stuff seriously works. At first i thought it wouldn’t work but literally like 5 hours later it started to kick in. You gotta be strong you will have the worst cramps of your life until it passes

I received my Teami blend detox pack last night. I just started the first day of Skinny tea this morning (thus the 3star rating at the moment...will update at the end of the 30 day detox). The teas come in one box, but are packaged separately - the Skinny tea in one pouch, the Colon tea in another. The Colon tea is in individual tea bags, however the Skinny tea is loose in the pouch, and you need to measure out 1 teaspoon for each cup. Not a big deal, but I needed to run around to a couple of stores to find a tea infuser. It would help if the Skinny tea were rationed out in bags like the Colon tea. Other than that, I have no complaints. The Skinny tea has a very light flavor, so I added 3 drops of zero calorie liquid stevia to it and it balanced well with the natural flavor of the tea. I don't know what the Colon tea tastes like yet, so I will update this review tomorrow evening when I make my first cup of that tea (as you start with the Skinny tea every morning, then starting on the second night and continuing every other night, you take the Colon tea before bed). Looking forward to seeing my results in a month! I will also update my review at the end of my 30 days with my before and after pics (and more or less stars). Hope this review is helpful to potential buyers so far. ***UPDATE*** So tonight is my first time tasting the Colon tea. It has a bit of an...I don't know....earthy flavor? It reminds me of the old log cabin incense burner mu uncle used to have when I was a kid. I added a few drops of zero calorie liquid stevia to it, but it still didn't taste right for me. I added one half of a squeezed lemon to it and it tastes much better. So I'm gonna stick with the 3 stars for now. I'll be back in 29 days with a complete review of the product as far as it's claims of weight loss, bloat relief, etc., as well as my before and after pictures.

I have tried a few detox teas and this is by far my favorite. With a reduced diet and about 20,000 steps a day, I am down 7lbs since last week. I feel more energetic and have little to no cravings. I will advise that the colon tea did cause slight cramping the first couple of days but as my diet changed so did the cramping. Hope this helps. I love it.

I throughly regret spending this kind of money on this product. A little background on me- I'm a 26 year old, healthy female who has suffered from constipation for about the past 7 years. My constipation occurs for months at a time, from time to time giving me months of relief, but always coming back again. I've tried upping my fiber, strictly limiting certain foods from my already healthy diet, over the counter colon cleanses, and various other natural cleanses to finally get the relief I was craving. I hit a wall around the holidays and was not able to get my normal "flow" back, so I did some research and purchased this product. I wish I had paid closer attention to the negative reviews. See, I'm no stranger to laxatives or the cramps it gives me, I figured this would be a product that would relieve whatever blockage I was experiencing in a more natural/herbal way than a typical laxative. I also wasn't opposed to seeing if it'd help me drop a few pounds, even though that wasn't really my primary focus. THIS WAS HELL. The colon tea set it maybe 6 hours after I took it- waking me up around 3 in the more with EXCRUCIATING cramps. I would sit on the toilet for 1-2 hours feeling like my insides were literally turning themselves out. It was painful and miserable. I couldn't get any sleep as the cramps would come back in waves and I'd have to painfully strain before some sort of explosion would finally release itself. I did the colon tea twice and couldn't handle the pain anymore. My actual rectum and abdominals hurt for DAYS after. I didn't really notice any benefits from the skinny tea either. I'm sad I paid so much and didn't even use this product. If you are struggling the way I was let me tell you PROBIOTICS have changed my life. I take 30 billion cultures a day (1-3 pills depending on the brand) and am completely regular. Before, when I was experiencing chronic constipation I was taking probiotics but it was only 100 million cultures, which is not enough for many of us. ALSO Yogi tea makes a great "get regular" natural mint laxative tea that is much more gentle than what I experienced with this and offers overnight relief naturally for WAY cheaper.

Do. Not. Underestimate. What. Herbs. Can. Do. Get ready when you drink this xD It works so well, I would have *NEVER* expected this... You drink it every 2nd evening; be prepared for the next morning xD It definitely gets things running... Definitely a detox treatment! Lost 2 pant sizes in combination with the breakfast tea - diet stayed the same, no gym, just 20 minutes walkies in the evening. It even busts constipation after anesthesia ;)

This is perfect especially if you are prescribed Morphine and Fentanyl. This keeps your digestive system moving. Tastes nice as well with a spoonful of honey. Highly recommend. Definitely works well.
