What’s the highest temperature it gets?

Never measured it but it can burn you.

What is the highest the temperature goes to

I don't know exactly I never used a thermometer 9 is the highest setting,. I use 8 for about 10 to 12 minutes , as much as I can stand .

How do I use the herbal box?

Hi dear, thank you for your email, you can put herbs or essential ols in it, or just connect it to use.

Can we boil some tea in the water, then pour the liquid into the streamer after cool down to use?

Only someone from China would ask such a crazy question , why not just catch the tea in a bottle as it comes out of the steamer.
