These are sacrificial filters to stop your H2O HD from calcifying to death. They protect the heating elements from limescale. Mine arrived in a nondescript baggy. I hope they are genuine, they look like the genuine ones, but the lack of a box or obvious branding surprised me. They work though, so that’s a bonus.

Used a few times and both cracked. I got rid of the steamer because I was constantly replacing broken parts. I believe they do things like this to keep you buying parts

Bonjour Ce produit vous ayant été retourné car il ne convenait pas a mon appareil tout en étant identique et correspondant à la référence le trou de dessous était trop petit pour rentrer dedans.de plus il n'y a aucune ment besoin de d'en recevoir tous les mois cela fait un peu de la vente forcée et je vous demande d'annuler cet état de fait ......Avec mes remerciement Mme Falco

Dessvärre har jag inte fått rätt filter ( hålet är för litet ) det är mycket svagt av er att leverera fel produkter, ni borde ställa krav på leverantören att få RÄTT reservdelar, detta är inte första gången det händer, mycket svagt gjort av ER. Min H2OHD-MOP funkar fortfarade inte pga ert USLA tillvägagångssätt med reservdelar, väldigt dåligt.
