What ligature works well with this mouthpiece?

There are many types of ligatures available. It’s a matter of personal choice. I played professionally for years using the basic low cost ligatures before trying the more expensive ones.

I'm buying this for my son and I am clueless about saxophones. Her says he needs a ligature too. Is there a specific product that goes with this?

A ligature is what holds the reed on the mouthpiece. Many mouthpieces come with a ligature, but some don’t. So you’ll have to make sure he does have one. I hope that helps.
