This is the only product I will use on my new flooring. It’s pH neutral, has a pleasant odor and really cleans. When I put my new flooring in, it recommended a pH neutral cleaner. Zep has been the brand that I tried. I will never get anything else. Definitely recommended for the flooring. I use this on my laminate flooring, my vinyl flooring and my hardwood flooring. I don’t get streaks. I don’t get a dull Sheen, and I love how it cleans my hardwood.

I purchased this cleaner for my terrazzo floors, and it works really well. It leaves my floors streak-free and feeling clean without any residue. You only need a small amount each time, so a little goes a long way. I can see this bottle lasting me for years. Very happy with this purchase!

Cleans better than some and less expensive. The smell brings back memories from grade school when the janitor's would mop the halls in the mornings, not unpleasant, not really what I would call fresh either. I have LVP floors and you can't use cleaners like Pinesol or similar brands. This stuff is super concentrated, so do follow the directions, a little goes beyond a long way. 1 gallon for $12.98 is a steal. This will last me a very long time. I do recommend using microfiber mops with this and getting a spray bottle to apply it as suggested by manufacturers and professionals, it does what it claims, especially if your floors were/are well maintained.

The price for a gallon of concentrate was really good. First time user for a new porcelain tile in bathroom so researched what to use. This was easy and about an ounce per gallon and mopped and wiped the walls. The scent wasn’t overpowering and cleaning was decent. Overall pleased and would purchase again

I’m new to LVP flooring. I watched multiple videos on what to buy and this product was mentioned in every video. I followed the mixing directions and it works very well on my laminate floor too. Light nondiscernable scent. Makes cleaning easy. No residue, no rinse. Great value for money, this jug will last me months. I plan to use it on more the floors!

2nd time ordering this product it's really good, has a nice smell cleans and doesn't take much

I have a robotic mop/vac and I used a variety of cleaners in it. Although I know the floor was getting clean, it would leave streaks, so it always looked dirty to me. After researching this product, I bought a gallon of it, and it does make a significant difference in the streaks. I hardly see any at all and it leaves a subtle clean scent, not overpowering. I will be using this product from now on and will buy more when this first gallon runs out.

This is PH balanced so it doesn't add oil to your floor which absorbs dirt in grout.

I like this product. It cleans LVP well and smells good. What it doesn't do is shine. But I doubt LVP has any shine to begin with, so not the product's fault. Also, the seller was great.
