If you are looking for quality glass nippers at an affordable price, this is for you....
I recently took up stained glass and mosaics as a hobby and was advised to buy glass nippers. I checked Amazon as my go-to for consumer feedback and found Jennifers Mosaics Wheeled Glass Nippers. These nippers are very well made and do the job beautifully. While I am not an expert in mosaics, I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to explore the hobby without getting sucked into all the other costly tools on the market. This product will do the job. I am sure there are other products that are easier to use and have more bells and whistles but you will pay for thos features. I have used these quite often and they have held up, in fact after I wipe them down after each use they still look almost brand new.

Lifesavers!
I was a little leary about buying these--since some of the previous reviewers weren't overly thrilled....however, these are great! Are they the best available--doubt it, but for the price they're just right. We are using them to snip stained glass for mosaics--have not yet tried them with ceramic. My husband can cut a paper-sized sheet of glass into very neat little squares. I'm not as accurate as he is--smaller, not-as-strong hands--however, I can use them to shape pieces to fit special spots and make less perfect squares with ease.I don't like scoring and breaking glass for mosaics--these are much easier and faster--so for me these are a lifesaver.

Why did I wait so long to buy this
Oh my gosh, what a game changer. I’ve been cutting glass for years and just started using this product. I love it. I can cut a circle in 20 seconds with little grinding needed. The product seems of good quality but I haven’t had them long enough to really give my opinion on quality. For now, I’m going to enjoy how easy they make it to cut circles and chip away at small areas of glass with ease.

Great
I thought I didn't really have a use for these nippers, but bought a pair for myself as a little treat. They are marvelous! I have used them for nipping small pieces of glass from larger pieces and for rough shaping of glass to fire. They are well made, the wheels line up well, and the spring does not pop off during use.

For the price don't be surprised if the alignment is not perfect...
I really cannot recommend these nippers for everyone. When mine came in both wheels were loose... I tried tightening them with an allen wrench but they simply wouldn't tighten anymore and both wheels rotated with one of them being so loose it actually wobbled around so... I got out some washers (a package of #6 zinc washers I had laying around) and put one each between the wheel and the tool surface and then they both tighten right up nicely HOWEVER... now I could plainly see that they didn't line up so... since most packages of cheap metal washers have some variation in thickness differences between the washers in the bag, in my case a careful selection of a really fat washer for one wheel and a thin washer for the other solved the alignment issue. Once I got the alignment perfect I could now see that one wheel was not quite as perfectly parallel as the other however since the wheels have an edge where the cuts are made I figure it shouldn't be a big deal. They now cut glass and glass tile relatively well and I'm happy considering the price.OTHER THOUGHTS: Perfect wheel alignment and parallelism means a lot of time spent in grinding and the more human effort expended increases the cost of making such a precision tool so... basically expect to get what you pay for. Be prepared to insert washers if necessary to keep the wheels from rotating or wobbling and you may need to shim them with varying size washers to get a perfect alignment between the two wheels... if one of the wheels do not lay flat then you may find you have to grind the surfaces flat yourself... or maybe you'll hopefully luck out and get a perfectly precision machined tool straight out of the package. At this price, I suspect the level of precision alignment of the wheels is going to be a toss-up.

Easy and Precise to Use!
I used this product while working with glass to make a Stained Glass Birdhouse.Very precise cuts that were easy to make.(Just be careful the little spring does not fly out of the packaging.) Great product👍

imprecise
Maybe I don't know how to use them right, but these do not cut in anything like a straight line. From the reviews I thought I could use this to cut some of the mosaic tile I'm putting up as a backsplash, but the cuts bend all over the place. I was hoping to avoid a wet saw, but the wet saw seems to be the better tool for getting a straight cut.

but if they break again so easily I'll be looking for something else
Never used any type of tile cutters before, and these worked well for cutting ceramic tile into small pieces for a mosaic project. However, one of the blades broke on the second day of use. Replacement blades cost nearly as much as the nippers, but since my daughter was in the middle of a project, I went ahead and ordered them. We'll try to use them more carefully (which I'm guessing means not tilting the nippers to achieve curved cuts), but if they break again so easily I'll be looking for something else.
