Great Knife for Your Dollar!
I bought this knife as a gift for a friend, and the price was so nice I bought it twice, that is, I got one for myself as well. I wont lie, I bought it mostly because it looked cool, was inexpensive and was from a brand I recognized. when it arrived, boy was I impressed. I pulled it from the box and immediately noticed the heft and size of this thing! the pictures really don't do it justice. Both of the knives I received were marked with First Production Run, which is nice.there are two options for opening the knife, a thumb stud, and a protrusion on the back of the blade for wrist flicking it open. the stud is a knurled disc mounted with an allen screw and works well for lefties as well as righties. the wrist flick action works great, however the first few times you do it the release may get stuck. the problem goes away with more use however. the action is very smooth, and the blade locks in place with a satisfying click. it seems very sturdy.the blade (very thick!) arrives with an edge, but it could be sharper. I sharpened mine and it took a razor edge with little effort. the handle is comfortable despite being rather squareish and comes pre drilled with a hole just the right size to thread with a loop of paracord if you so wish.the only negatives I can think of are the aforementioned sticking tendency when opening the blade with force, (which is mitigated once its broken in) and that it really is too big to carry around in your pocket. I carry a small knife in my pocket for utility, but this is definitely more attuned to survival/self defense. I can see it being great as a camping knife, which I plan to use mine for.A quality knife that's BIG and looks cool, for a low price! What more could you want?

nice looking knife
Nice looking knife, but is too big if that is possible. The handle is really long due to the size of the blade.

Fun Good Knife
Ok man here's a pretty thorough review. It's a pretty knife. The company makes hand guns as well. Pretty cool looking ones. The metal is a thick heavy black that looks like you could eat one person a night for a month and not have the thing dull. Real fun with the belt clip to carry it around. A large shirt over the pants and no one notices and you feel like if you got into a fight you'd feel bad for the guy and just say dude, you don't want it from me let's just leave it at that way before you'd ever loose your cool. Definitely safer. As far is this not being a quick opening knife it's almost a joke. It's not a switch blade that opens with the press of a button it's more of a thing that you practice 10 times and then you can do it with the flick of your wrist. It's more of a slow closing kinda thing. THAT can take up to a minute to close if the lock/safety thing goes far enough when you open it. If it's good it can take a second and know it's better since the clip lock has worn down, but it can take two quick hand movements most of the time. Overall pretty heavy good metal, wouldn't want to touch the blade and made by a company that makes guns and even SPECIAL switchblades that only army and police can buy. Only reason why 4 instead of 5 is that i haven't used it for anything just fiddling and carrying around.

excellent knife and service
This knife is enormous, but I knew that before buying it based on other reviews; but you should definitely check your state's knife laws before ordering. The blade is well over 4 inches, the handle is incredibly long and very heavy; it looks very intimidating. I wouldn't expect anyone to stick around and fight once you pull this bad boy out. Came in the mail very quickly and very sharp, plus I received a coupon towards my next purchase, which is will definitely use. My one and only complaint is that sometimes the blade doesn't lock into place right away, so it's important to make sure it's locked before using it, you don't want to end up cutting yourself with this blade. Hope this helps!update: I lost this knife when traveling out of state, it fell out of my pocket while riding the bus. I came back to reorder and it is now $60! I went and found it for $13 on eBay and various other sites, so the seller asking for $60 is ripping you off big time! do not pay it, you can buy it for a fraction of the price at other sites, just Google it or check ebay.

Defective and Deceptive
This item was found under a search for "assisted opening" knives. It is NOT assisted opening. It is also poorly designed. The lock frequently gets stuck with the knife in the open position when it is opened the way intended. This requires you to un-jam the blade using some sort of narrow object. In other words, if you are planning on closing this knife, you are going to want to keep a flat head screwdriver or something to that effect on hand. This is not exactly convenient. It is too large for every day carry, but I did not take off stars for that, necessarily. It is just something that you should know before purchasing it. It is illegal to carry in most (if not all) states. The main thing that I want to get across is the inherent danger in having a defectively designed knife that you are not able to close without outside assistance. I just got done having very expensive surgery to repair the digital nerve in my left index finger after trying to close this knife. Needless to say, I am NOT happy with this knife. I seriously would not buy this knife if I was you, but you are free to make up your own minds.

Bon produit, bonne sécurité
Bien aiguisé, prise en main satisfaisante.L'ouverture de la lame est rapide.Petit plus du produit, qui ne se remarque pas forcément lors de l’achat, est la présence d'une garde entre la lame et le manche.
