Arrived as a full set of stapler with a box of 1000 staples. Arrived quickly and for good value. Strong stapler able to push a staple through many pages at once. Staples are easy to replace and refill and has the ability to switch between internally closed staples and externally spread staples (if that makes sense). A good cheap selection for a stapler
