Cuda Fish Tape Measure with Velcro Storage Strap

Nice & bright and you can read the tape from anywhere almost on the boat, -:). An added bonus is that it's the same tape used on fishing boats from one of my husband's favorite fishing Tv shows.

Great piece of kit. However, I wish the Velcro was on the opposite end so I didn't have to unravel the entire thing to measure the smaller catches. I also don't like that the plastic is two pieces. You slide the zero stop into the end and I've almost lost that piece a couple of times in the sand while shark fishing in the surf. Nothing a little super glue can't fix though. It's held up well this far.

Only con is wish it unrolled the opposite was so you don't have to un roll it all the way every time to measure or it was 2 sided and had reverse number on other side. Maybe they will remake it one day like that.

Use this measuring tape for the big Ahi (yellow fin tuna). So far so good.

The velcro is setup so it has to roll up so that you will need to unroll the entire thing to use. A better design would to set it up so that the beginning unroll first rather than the end.

I wasted my money on this, where any old retractable tape measure from Amazon or your local hardware store would have done a better job. The item comes rolled up starting with the 120" point on the outside, so if you want to measure a 30" fish, you have to unroll the entire tape. Too much trouble to return it now, but wanted to share my dissatisfaction with this product.
