My mom loves her humidifier. She is most please that if forgets to turn off, she can leave the house and not worry because it will turn itself off if the water gets low. Although I dnt suggest that and it does states that the humidifier will do just that. Overall, good purchase. Also, I initially got stuck on the directions because the humidifier would not stay on once the power button was pushed and I was returning it, but the manufacturer got back to me and sent explicit instructions and I did what was suggested and wallah...IT WORKS!!!

It is one pretty humidifier. However it leaked when I first but top half on...when I got a friend to come help, it still leaked. Finally stopped the leak after drying bottom half...it worked for awhile then the red light started blinking and it turned itself off. I let it sit disassembled for 24 hours then tried again..First 5 minutes was fine and next thing I knew, it was off. It is going back into the box for return tomorrow. I want a humidifier that works the first time and stays...worked.

Edited (important) - 04/2019After my initial poor review (1 star) and ultimate product return, the company reached out to me apologizing for our experience and offered to make it right by providing us with a replacement at no charge to us.The improvement is tremendous! This unit is a polar opposite of the other one. It works and does so AMAZINGLY! We are very happy with the replacement item and accept that the 1st one must have simply come from a bad batch...or a one off defective unit.Custom service was amazing!Posted 02/2019Leaks. Turned off randomly...fully dead by day 2.

I am revising my initial review after the seller reached out to me and offered to send a replacement. I will say they do have excellent customer service! The replacement is as advertised and this product is the best cool mist humidifer. The output is GREAT. The tank is large (tall) enough that I don't have to refill as often and it does shut off on its own when empty. The only downside (to me) is that the opening to fill is rather narrow. Otherwise this is a great product.

This humidifier did not work properly out of the box. It almost always reads empty, unless the tank is off and it can spit water all over your carpet. Fill the tank and it won't last an hour without shutting off because it thinks the tank is empty. It probably costs no more than 5$ to manufacture. Cheap plastic, faulty check valves, its atrocious to charge 60$ for this door stop. I am appalled and also surprised at the complete lack of one star reviews.

Nice package,the small peice fall out and leak at the first time of use,seller is very helpful，i installed the peice at right position,the middle hole is for vaporize,will leak if you add water from middle.Have been using this for a while ,residue remain at the bottom,so you will have to wipe it once a week.Overall,i rate 5 star after the episode.Definitely the best humidifier i have

I wanted to love this humidifier. When it works it’s amazing but the lever issue is horrible. I hate that it has a light that flashes even when working properly. Then is also beeps several times when it’s about to shut off and flashes red which wakes me up. I’m disappointed because it held so much water and made me sleep better when it works but every night now it shuts off because that lever at the bottom.
