I bought this for my Balanced Body Allegro II reformer. This easily fits between the shoulder rests, however the elastic band doesn't stretch far enough to go around my Balanced Body board. I probably wouldn't use the elastic anyway because I want to be able to set it aside with out fiddling. My headrest also has an adjustment, but I usually leave it in the down position on the carriage board. The pad doesn't move around and the support is fantastic. I have it positioned with the larger end under the base of head and neck, works both ways of course, but like it that way better. Game changer, very comfortable, would definitely recommend this even if you adjust the headrest upwards.

This helps my neck and work out be more comfortable. Supports my neck a lot better than without it. Highly recommend.

The feels of it is good, it looks good and comfortable for a broad shoulder fellw like me. The bad thing about this pillow is that it tends to slip to the sides mid-exercise and i kept founding myself adjusting it. Due to the bed's head's supporting leg's location - i was unable to use the rubber that supposed keep it in place (it kept the pillow too high for my head). I would give it a 5 stars rating- if it was not for its slipperiness.

One of the hardest things for me when beginning the Pilates mat routines was developing the muscle tone to keep my head elevated for several of the exercises. There isn't as much of that with the Aeropilates reformer, but there are instances where you either want to have your head slightly elevated or use the support of the pillow. I had been away from Pilates for awhile and found the pillow a wonderful help as I re-strengthened my core and got back the muscle tone in my upper body. It seems to keep my head at a more ideal angle than I would myself for some exercises. I'd highly recommend picking one up if your reformer doesn't come with one.

The only downfall of my new AeroPilates Pro XP 557 is the thin and poorly constructed pillow. I read all the reviews and ordered the pillow, but not clear as to whether or not it would fit on my machine. The pictures look as if there is a nice neck support pillow in place already. I contacted Stamina and they did not know if this would work or fit on my model machine. I ordered the Pillow, Mat, Reformer, Box and Pole all around the same time and received the pillow first. It was small and I wasn't sure it was worth the money until my long awaited machine arrived. I tried to use the machine without the pillow and I had NO NECK SUPPORT and it even felt a little strained. I then slid the pillow on, like they showed on YouTube, and it was AMAZING. What a big difference! It offered a soft cushiony feel for my head and ample neck support while I work out. I understand the great reviews on QVC and AMAZON because this pillow is a must have. It is less expensive on QVC, but not after tax and shipping costs. Amazon Prime has free 2 day shipping and at QVC you end up paying the same after you add up the tax and shipping, but your product will not arrive in 2 days. The quality of the pillow is about the same as the machine and both are from Stamina Products. Highly Recommend.

I needed to relieve some neck pain while using the reformer in our Pilates class. This for the bill. It fits nicely on the headrest and the add elastic strap holds in place well. As other reviewers have stated, it is very firm yet not uncomfortable. For me it’s firmness is necessary for stability and support. If you’re looking neck support on your reformer give it a try.

This has a stretchable strap that slipped onto my headrest. I was able to use my reformer with more ease.
