Does this have a diode built in (for inductive loads)?

The mosfets have built in reverse protection diodes.

Is there a version of this board that is opening the circuit on the positive side instead of the negative side? I have 2 items with a common ground.

Our store currently only has this version of the product.

Are there any wiring instructions? trying to use rpi to turn things on and off i can't figure the wiring on the controlling end.

I don’t recall seeing any instructions for this unit in my package, with regards to the wiring of the unit did you try google to see if there were posts regarding the connections? As yet I haven’t really checked this volt-ammeter. I will take a look at it later tonight and if I can further help I will send feedback. I have other units so I wasn’t in a rush to hook this one up.

Is there a 2D and or 3D files available?

I was able to find a 3d model of them on thingiverse by searching the name.
